How To Cook Marinated Chicken Fillet Stuffed With Mozzarella And Tomatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Marinated chicken fillet stuffed with mozzarella and tomatoes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

a piece of chicken fillet
dried dill
cayenne pepper

For the marinade:

tarragon, thyme, savory and oregano
lemon juice

For the stuffing:

1-2 slices of sour apple if desired
a piece of mozzarella
slices of peeled tomato

Required products :

Sprinkle the fillet with tarragon, thyme, savory and oregano, pour lemon juice and leave to marinate (the longer, the tastier - it can stand for 2 days).
Then rinse it with water, cut and beat well. Sprinkle the side that will remain inside with dried dill and cayenne pepper (if you have lemon pepper, use a little of it). Put a piece of mozzarella, slices of tomato on it and roll it up.
If you decide to add a slice or two of sour apple, put it under the mozzarella.

Tie the fillet with a suitable string and fry on all sides until an irresistible crust forms. Then close the container with a lid and let the dish simmer for 7-8 minutes so that the plate can release its juice. Combined with the one that will give the meat you get a really amazing combination.

Serve the fillet with sauce and you can garnish with homemade cheese and vegetables.

Enjoy your meal!
