Required products :

garlic
grapes (usually white and / or gooseberry)

For the marinade per 1 liter of water :

2 tablespoons (without top) salt
2 teaspoons (without top) sugar
200 milliliters of vinegar (9%)

Method of preparation :

The quantities of garlic and grapes are not strictly defined, we advise you only not to overripe the fruit in order to preserve its taste and beauty.
It is also good to bet on seedless grapes.

Wash the garlic, clean the heads from the top layer of flakes (do not overdo it) and cut each head in two (if they are large) to make it easier to arrange in the jars.

Wash the grapes as well.

Sterilize jars and lids.

Put garlic in them and fill the empty spaces with grapes. Fill with clean water and leave for 10 minutes, then drain the liquid.

Make the marinade. Put salt and sugar in the water. Place the pan on the hob. When the liquid boils, carefully pour the vinegar. Distribute the boiling marinade in the jars and close them.

Turn upside down until the contents have cooled completely.

After 50-60 days, the garlic is ready for consumption.

Enjoy your meal!
