  • 250 grams of mushroom mushrooms, thinly sliced ​​(along with the stump)

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup and all the herbs and spices. Add the mushrooms and stir to taste evenly.
