How To Cook Marinated Mushrooms (without Pre-cooking) - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Marinated mushrooms (without pre-cooking)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 kg of mushrooms

2/3 tea cup of vinegar (8%)

1/3 tea cup of water

1 tablespoon salt

5 grains of allspice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon sugar

cloves

Bay leaf

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the water, vinegar and salt in a suitable saucepan. When the combination boils, pour the mushrooms and leave on the stove until ready (time depends on the type of mushrooms).

Add the spices for 5 minutes before removing the mushrooms from the heat. When ready, allow to cool and distribute in sterilized jars. Pour a little oil into each and close them with plastic caps.
