How To Cook Marinated Peppers With Rosemary And Garlic In Olive Oil - Recipe

Required products :

  • 7 red chili peppers
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 250 milliliters of olive oil


Method of preparation :

Peel the garlic and put the cloves in a saucepan. Add the rosemary sprigs and bay leaves. Pour olive oil and place the dish on the stove. As soon as the fat boils, reduce the temperature to a minimum and let the garlic simmer for 20 minutes.

Then remove the pan from the heat, remove the cloves and rosemary from the oil, immediately put them in a pre-prepared jar, which close with a lid.

Put the chili peppers in olive oil and let the fat boil again. Then reduce the temperature and simmer for 10 minutes.

Take out the peppers, put them in the jar with the garlic and pour over the hot olive oil.

Close the jar, let it cool and put it in the fridge.
