Required products :

3-4 pieces of pork ears
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3-4 cloves garlic
2 pinches ground black pepper
1-2 pinches ground hot red pepper
1-2 pinches dry basil
2 pinches of dry adjika spice
2 bay leaves

Method of preparation :

Scorch the ears, clean them and wash well. Put them in a saucepan, fill with water to cover them completely, add salt and bay leaves. Boil them (about 1.5-2 hours).

 

Make the marinade by mixing olive oil, vinegar, sugar and all dry spices in a suitable bowl. Add the chopped garlic cloves. Allow some time for the ingredients to release their aromas.

 

Cool the cooked ears and cut into thin strips.

 

Pour them into a sturdy plastic bag and pour the marinade. Tie the envelope and shake. Then put it in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.

 

During this time, shake the bag several times.
