How To Cook Marinated Pork Skewers With Zucchini, Mushrooms, Onions And Pineapple - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of chopped pork
  • 2 peeled and chopped red peppers
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 3 pineapple slices, cut into pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into pieces
  • salt, pepper, cumin
  • 50 milliliters of dark beer
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • wooden skewers

 

Method of preparation:

 

Make the marinade by mixing salt, pepper, cumin, beer, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika and rice vinegar. Stir the mixture and let the meat stand in it for an hour.

Then take it out and in its place add the chopped vegetables, without the pineapple. Let stand for at least 30 minutes in the marinade.

Take a skewer and string a piece of meat, then vegetables, meat again and alternate vegetables. Put pineapple pieces between them

. Do all in the same way and spread them with the rest of the marinade. Heat the grill and bake the skewers until done. Serve immediately with a garnish of your choice.
