Necessary products:

500-600 grams of pork (with bone)

onion

basil

For the marinade:

paprika

pepper

oil

left

fresh basil

garlic

Method of preparation:

Make the marinade, mixing all the products for it, mash the garlic. Then rub the prepared steaks with it. Cover the bottom of a plate or other dish with plastic wrap, place the meat on top - a layer of chopped onion, again steak, onion again and so on until the products run out. Wrap everything in foil so that the juice does not run out and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours (the choice is yours).

Once marinated, bake the steaks in a pan lined with parchment paper. This method is also suitable for cooking fish. The advantage of the technology is that the meat does not form a crust.

Enjoy your meal!
