Necessary products for 1 jar with a capacity of 800 milliliters :

350 grams of red hot peppers
1 head of garlic
3 sprigs of coriander
3 sprigs of dill
3 sprigs of mint

For the marinade:

100 milliliters of wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of coriander
seeds 5-6 grains of black pepper
2-3 grains of allspice
1-2 grains of cloves
2-3 bay leaves

Preparation :
From the stalks of green spices take only the leaves, divide the head of garlic into cloves, which do not peel.

Wash the peppers with cold water and make a few holes on each around the stalks. Put them in a saucepan, pour boiling water, close the container with a lid and let stand for 5 minutes. Then drain the water, pour boiling water over them again and leave for another 5 minutes. Do this procedure 3-4 times.

It's time for the marinade. Pour the water into a saucepan, add all the spices, including the greens, salt, sugar and garlic cloves and place on the stove. When the mixture boils, pour vinegar into it.
Let the marinade boil for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the stove and let stand under the lid for 15 minutes.

At the bottom of a sterilized jar put the garlic cloves, which you take out of the marinade, fill the bowl with the peppers and pour the aromatic liquid together with all the spices in it. Squeeze the peppers and add the marinade to the neck of the jar.

Close it while the contents are hot, wrap in a blanket and turn upside down until the can is completely cooled.
