Required products :
1 large carp
1 lemon
To spread the fish:
100 grams of sour cream
1 teaspoon flour
800 grams of sauerkraut
10 grains of allspice
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon cumin
3 grains of cloves
Thickening mixture:
1/2 teaspoon water
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion
75 grams tomato paste
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon water
salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :
Clean the carp, wash it and cut into large pieces. Squeeze the lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste and spread the liquid on the fish. Refrigerate for an hour to marinate.
Cut the onion and fry it in a deep pan. Add sauerkraut, tomato paste, sugar and spices. Pour a glass of water, bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, close the pan with a lid and let the cabbage simmer until soft, stirring.
Make the mixture thickening.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and fry over high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly (until a characteristic nutty aroma appears).
Pour the sauce over the cabbage and let it simmer for another hour.
Spread the carp pieces with a mixture of 100 grams of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of flour.
Grease a pan with oil, distribute the prepared cabbage evenly in it, and arrange the fish on it.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees (until the formation of a golden crust on the surface of the carp).
