Learn how to cook "Marinated roasted mushrooms with cream sauce and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
250 grams of mushrooms
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
150 grams sour cream
2 cloves garlic
green spices of your choice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Clean the mushrooms, cut off their legs and put the hats in a suitable bowl. Pour soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and mix thoroughly, first piercing the mushrooms with a toothpick.
Finely chop the peeled garlic cloves and green spices, and add to the cream. Stir.
Make a "bowl" of foil and pour the marinated mushrooms together with the sauce. Place in a suitable and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Take them out in a suitable container and serve with the cream sauce.
