Required products :

  • 12 - 15 peppers for roasting
  • garlic to taste
  • basil to taste
  • dill to taste
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon wine vinegar 7%
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the peppers, bake them in the oven (about 20 - 25 minutes at 200-220 degrees on the grill), then put in a bowl with a lid or in a package to simmer for half an hour. You should peel the skins and remove the tails, keeping some of the juice. Chop the peppers or cut them into 4 pieces lengthwise.

Chop the basil and dill, chop the garlic and prepare the marinade.

Mix vinegar, 4 tablespoons of juice obtained by roasting peppers, olive oil. Then add the black pepper, coriander seeds, sugar and salt.

Wash a jar, sterilize it in the oven and in it arrange the peppers in layers, between which put a little garlic, green spices and pour the marinade. So until the jar is full. Close it with a lid and you're done. If you want to store the peppers for a longer time, sterilize the full jars.
