Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a bowl. Add chili, garlic, juice and lime peel to them. Season with finely chopped devesil, balsamic vinegar, chili sauce and olive oil.
Stir and marinate the fish for two hours. Grease a pan, put the fillet and spread the spicy vegetable mixture.
In a pan heat 1 teaspoon butter, stew onions, carrots, lemon cut into quarters. Pour into the pan and mix gently. Preheat oven to 200 degrees, bake for 20-30 minutes and cool. Serve the salmon warm, garnished with vegetables and a few sprigs of fresh parsley.
