How To Cook Marinated Salmon With Honey And Vegetables - Recipe

The recipe for marinated salmon with honey and vegetables can be prepared for Valentine's Day or if you want to make a romantic dinner. All you have to do is cut the beets into hearts.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 2 red onions
  • 2 red oranges
  • 1/3 tea cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 tea cup coriander leaves (replace coriander with parsley if you don't like the taste)

Method of preparation :

Mix garlic with olive oil, honey, turmeric, salt and pepper.

Season the salmon fillets and place them in a bowl. Drizzle them with the marinade with honey and olive oil and brush. Leave to taste for 15 minutes.

Turn the oven to 200 degrees.

Line a large tray with paper. Drain the beets from the liquid from the sachet (or can). Cut it into thin slices, then cut out hearts from vegetables with a cookie cutter. Save the leftovers for the salad, for example.

Put the beets and onions in a bowl, pour half of the remaining marinade on top. Stir and season for 10 minutes.

Transfer the vegetables to the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
