How To Cook Marinated Sardines With White Wine And Spices - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of sardines
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • a few whole cloves of garlic
  • 200 milliliters of wine vinegar
  • 100 milliliters of white wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 10 grams of black pepper
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • 10 grams of mustard seeds
  • left

 

Method of preparation:

 

Clean, wash and dry the fish. Salt it and put in a jar with a lid. Cool for 12 hours, then rinse and salt again for the same time. Wash again with salt, arrange in a clean jar and arrange the chopped onions, carrots and whole garlic cloves.

Mix the wine with the vinegar, sugar, pepper, mustard seeds, a pinch of salt and sugar, stir and boil the liquid. Pour it over the fish and cool.
