How To Cook Marinated Silver Carp With Carrots And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

1.6 kilograms of silver carp, cut into pieces
80 grams of salt
40 grams of sugar
300 grams of onions
100 grams of carrots
50 milliliters of lemon juice
100 milliliters of oil
bay leaf
black pepper to taste

Preparation :
Clean the fish, remove the large bones, remove the head and cut into pieces convenient to put in a jar.
Mix salt and sugar, roll each piece of fish in them.
Add the lemon juice to the oil and pour half of the combination over the fish. Stir.
Cut onions into circles, grate carrots with a coarse grater.
Arrange the fish tightly in a jar, alternating it with layers of onions and carrots. Put a bay leaf and a few grains of black pepper, then pour the remaining oil with lemon juice.
Close the jar with a lid and let stand for several hours at room temperature. Then store in a cool place or put in the refrigerator.
