Required products :

8 large carrots
10 hot green peppers
10 hot red peppers
1 teaspoon water
100 grams salt
500 grams sugar
1 liter vinegar 9%

Preparation :
Wash the carrots, peel them and cut into circles or oblong pieces.
Remove the tails of the peppers, cut into circles.
Mix the prepared vegetables in a suitable container, then distribute in jars.
Take care of making the marinade.
Pour the salt into a bowl, add the sugar and pour the water. Bring the resulting mixture to the boil. When this happens, leave on low heat until the sugar is completely melted.
Remove the pan from the heat, cool the liquid and then pour in the vinegar.
The marinade is ready, distribute it in jars, pouring the vegetables.
Close the jars tightly with lids and store in the refrigerator (at the lowest level).
After 1-2 days the carrots are ready for consumption.
