How To Cook Marinated Spicy Green Olives With Oregano And Lemon - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of green canned olives
6 fresh oregano leaves
100 milliliters of olive oil
6 dried chili peppers
1 lemon

Method of preparation :

Drain the liquid from the can, pour the olives into a suitable bowl. Wash the oregano leaves, remove the peppers from the tails and seeds, then cut them into small pieces. Squeeze the juice of a lemon, grate its peel.
Add the peppers, lemon zest and juice to the olive oil, stir.
Put the oregano next to the olives and pour over the resulting marinade.
You can serve the appetizing spicy appetizer. It is stored for up to 1 month in a tightly closed container (for example, a glass jar) and in a refrigerator.
