How To Cook Marinated Whole Carrots With Garlic And Vinegar - Recipe

Required products :
 
1 kg of small carrots
100 grams of garlic
1 liter of water
30 grams of salt
50 grams of sugar
30 milliliters of 80% acetic acid
 
Method of preparation :
 
Peel the carrots. If they are large, cut them lengthwise into several pieces.
 
  
Blanch for 2-3 minutes in boiling water.
 
 
Then arrange in pre-sterilized jars. Distribute the garlic cloves in them.
 
 
Boil the marinade from the water, salt, sugar and vinegar. Pour into jars, filling them to the brim.
 
 
Arrange them in a pot of boiling water and let them boil for 20 minutes (without closing). Then put screw caps on and close.
