How To Cook Marinated Wings With Wine, Honey And Mustard - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of cleaned chicken wings
  • 10 grams of curry powder
  • 10 grams of cumin and black pepper to taste
  • salt and juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • frying fat
  • 150 milliliters of red wine
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • black pepper and salt
  • sesame for sprinkling
  • green onions for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the meat in a bowl and season it with curry powder, cumin, black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Add the coriander and pour in the flour.

 

Stir in the chicken, heat the fat and fry the meat for 10-12 minutes.

 

In a bowl, combine honey, wine, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper. Stir the mixture and heat it. After boiling, remove from the heat and set aside.

 

Drain the prepared wings and dip them in the hot wine mixture. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with fresh onions. Serve and enjoy the taste.
