Crush 50 grams of milk chocolate finely and mix with blueberries and pistachios, keeping some of the nuts and fruits for decoration.
Sprinkle the kitchen counter with icing sugar and roll the marzipan on a rectangle measuring 22 by 33 centimeters.
Cut into 4 rectangles. Sprinkle each with the chocolate mixture and roll into tight rolls.
Melt the remaining chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Cool and pour plenty of marzipan rolls. Allow to set.
Melt the white chocolate in the same way and decorate with it on the dessert. Garnish with the reserved pistachios and blueberries, cool completely, then store in a tightly closed container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
