How To Cook Mascarpone Ice Cream With Peaches And Crushed Cookies - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 150 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons peach jam
  • 5 cookies
  • 1-2 sprigs of thyme
  • 150 milliliters of condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the cream into a deep bowl, beat it until it triples in volume and add the mascarpone. Stir, add the crushed cookies, peach jam, honey, vanilla, condensed milk and thyme.

Stir again until homogeneous and pour the mixture into a bowl with a lid. Apply a transparent foil before closing the container to prevent crystals from forming. Freeze for 4 hours, prepare bowls, pour ice cream in them and serve.
