How To Cook Mashed Potato Cake With Tuna, Boiled Eggs And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 360 grams of canned tuna
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 80 grams of pitted green olives
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, boil them, drain the liquid, add salt to taste, add the butter and mash until puree.

 

Wait for it to cool, add black pepper and chopped fresh parsley. Stir.

 

Boil the eggs hard, peel them and cut into circles.

 

Drain the liquid from the canned fish, mash with a fork along with a little mayonnaise. Stir thoroughly.

 

Cover the bottom and walls of a deep bowl with plastic wrap, grease with oil. Apply part of the mashed potatoes on the coating.

 

At the bottom put a layer of half a tuna, followed by egg circles, olives and the rest of the mashed fish.

 

Finish with a layer of potatoes and cover with foil.

Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

When you take it out, unscrew the plastic cover and turn it over on a flat plate. Remove the foil appetizer is ready.

 

Garnish with fresh parsley leaves, lemon slices and serve.
