How To Cook Mashed Potato Casserole With Milk Filling And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

5 large potatoes

cheese

pepper

nutmeg

left

butter (can be mixed with chopped parsley and / or paprika)

1/2 tea cup mixture of equal parts liquid cream and milk

1 teaspoon Philadelphia cheese (or other soft cheese)

2 cloves garlic

 

Method of preparation :

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, boil them in salted water over low heat until cooked.

 

Then drain the liquid and mash the potatoes. Add the butter, crushed garlic and Philadelphia.

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

 

Heat the milk mixture, but do not let it boil.

 

Pour it over the potatoes and mix well.

 

 

Pour everything into a suitable baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven.

 

When the yellow cheese is baked, the dish is ready, as the potatoes are pre-cooked.
