How To Cook Mashed Potatoes Baked With Yellow Cheese And Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of potatoes
400 milliliters of milk
300 grams of grated yellow cheese
200 grams of leeks
10 grams of butter
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tomato
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water, add the garlic and other spices you like.
Meanwhile, chop the leeks finely and fry them in butter.
Then pour the leeks into the boiling milk and turn off the stove. Grate the cheese directly in the same bowl and mix everything thoroughly.

When the potatoes are cooked, drain them from the water and mash. Add the milk mixture with leeks and yellow cheese. You can add dry or chopped fresh parsley if you wish.

Grease a suitable form with oil and pour the puree into it. Arrange tomato rings on its surface and sprinkle with the remaining grated yellow cheese.

Bake in the oven at 190 degrees until the surface is red.
