How To Cook Mashed Potatoes With Butter, Parmesan And Leeks - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of potatoes
150 milliliters of high-fat milk
100 grams of butter
100 milliliters of highly concentrated chicken broth
100 grams of grated Parmesan or other cheese / yellow cheese
1 tea cup sliced ​​leeks
ground white pepper and salt to taste

Preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, put in a saucepan and pour water (enough to cover the potatoes). Put on the stove. When the water boils, add salt, reduce the temperature to a minimum, close the pan with a lid and cook until done.
While still hot, mash and sprinkle with ground white pepper. Then, stirring constantly, pour the broth, milk and finally add half the butter.
Put the remaining butter in a suitable bowl, pour the puree, sprinkle with chopped leeks and grated Parmesan cheese. Place in a preheated 190 degree oven for 5 minutes.
