Required products :
500 grams of potatoes
250 grams of cabbage
75 grams of butter
50 milliliters of fresh milk
link green onions
black pepper, salt and parsley to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in salted water until cooked.
Finely chop the cabbage, boil it until soft (about 10 minutes).
Cut the green onions and fry for about a minute in hot oil.
Drain the liquid from the potatoes, add 1 tablespoon of butter, pour the milk, season to taste and mash until smooth. Combine the softened cabbage and the fried onion, stir.
Transfer it to a suitable plate, make a dent in the middle, and pour in the remaining melted butter.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
