6 medium potatoes
1 carrot
100 grams of parmesan
milk to taste (according to the desired density of the puree)
100 grams of butter
Preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, grate the carrots and boil the two vegetables in salted water until cooked (about 20 minutes). Then drain the water, pour the milk into the cooked products and mash to obtain a puree. Add the butter and beat with a mixer or blender until smooth. Finally add the parmesan.
