Required products :

6 medium potatoes
1 carrot
100 grams of parmesan
milk to taste (according to the desired density of the puree)
100 grams of butter

Preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, grate the carrots and boil the two vegetables in salted water until cooked (about 20 minutes).
