Required products :
500 grams of potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/2 teaspoon cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon canned peas
salt and garlic powder to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cut them into 4 parts and cook until cooked in salted water. Then drain the water, but do not throw it away, because you may have to use some of it when making the garnish.
Add the butter and sour cream to the hot potatoes and mash everything together until smooth.
It's time for the grated cheese, add it, stir. Finally, season with salt and garlic powder. You can adjust the consistency of the puree by pouring from the water in which you boiled the potatoes.
Place on a plate and serve with canned peas.
