Required products :
800-900 grams of mashed potatoes
4 eggs
200 grams of boiled-smoked ham
30 grams of butter
2 tablespoons grated yellow cheese
3-4 feathers green onions
Method of preparation :
Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Cut the ham into thin small pieces and fry in butter. Add them to the puree, mix and distribute in a pan.
