How To Cook Mashed Potatoes With Roasted Garlic And Soy Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 700 grams of mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 head of old garlic
  • 120 grams of butter
  • green onion stalk
  • 5 sprigs of parsley, dill or other preferred fresh green spice

 

Method of preparation :

Clean the head of garlic from all the layers of shell that cover the cloves. Put it on a sheet of aluminum foil, add a small part of a thick stalk of green onions and sprinkle both products with olive oil. Wrap them in foil tightly and bake for 20-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut each into 2-4 pieces (depending on their size) and cook until done.

In a bowl, mix the finely chopped green spices with the onion and roasted garlic, mashing the cloves in advance. Add the butter (softened), soy sauce and puree the products with a blender.

Mash the potatoes and combine with the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and serve the puree.
