Required products :
1 kg of potatoes
250 - 300 milliliters of fresh milk
4 - 5 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons butter
a pinch of nutmeg
ground black pepper and salt to taste
shredded Bulgarian yellow cheese
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters and cook until cooked in salted water.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a suitable container, add the garlic, pour the milk and let the mixture cook for 10 minutes until the garlic softens. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg, stir and remove sauce from heat.
Drain the potatoes from the water and add to them the fragrant milk combination. Wrinkle. Add salt, if you consider, the remaining oil, chopped green onions, black pepper to taste and mix everything well.
You can add cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
