Learn how to cook "Mayonnaise without eggs from sunflower seeds with garlic, mustard and dill". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1/2 lemon
1/2 bunch dill
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons oil or olive oil
1/2 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon peeled sunflower seeds
Method of preparation :
Pour water over the sunflower seeds and leave for 5 hours. Then drain the liquid and rinse them under running water.
Grind the mustard seeds with a coffee grinder or crush in a mortar. Peel a clove of garlic and cut it into large pieces. Wash the dill and cut it as well.
Mix the seeds with the mustard, dill and garlic in a blender bowl. Add salt, pour lemon juice, oil and water. Beat everything until smooth. If your sauce seems too thick, add a little more water.
Taste and adjust according to your preferences, adding lemon juice, mustard, salt ...
