Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of ready-made pie crusts
  • 2 stalks of leeks
  • 400 grams of finely chopped pork
  • salt, pepper, cumin to taste
  • 3 broken eggs
  • 100 grams of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 30 grams of melted butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Spread the crusts and divide them two by two. Grease each with oil and set aside. Heat the fat and fry the chopped meat, leeks and season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste.

Stew the mixture, cool and distribute it in each crust. Roll into rolls and arrange them side by side on the last two crusts. Beat the eggs with the yoghurt, flour and pour over.

Roll up, tuck the ends and put it in a greased pan. Glaze with the remaining oil, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake until done. Cool, cut and enjoy the taste.
