Cut the fillet into thin slices and beat well, sprinkle with salt and favorite spices, a little soy sauce and leave to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Fill the dried mushrooms with water, place the dish on the stove and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. Then remove the mushrooms from the decoction, and save the latter.
Cut some of the mushrooms into cubes, add them to the beaten eggs, and add chopped parsley. Make an omelet from the mixture.
On top of each piece of fillet put the omelet and form tight rolls, which wrap in foil.
This is followed by an atypical cooking - fry the rolls in a little oil for a few minutes, turning them on all sides. The process does not have to be long.
When you unroll the foil, it will have released juice from the meat, do not throw it away.
Cut the onion and the remaining mushrooms into small cubes. Fry onions in a little oil, add the mushrooms and stew briefly. Add the flour and stir. Pour the mushroom broth and meat juice. When the mixture begins to thicken, add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste. A minute later, add the cream and stew everything for 5 minutes.
Arrange the rolls in a suitable one, fill them with the resulting sauce, cover the dish with foil and place in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
