Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of pork
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 200 grams of onions
  • 150 grams of mayonnaise or cream
  • 150 grams of ketchup or tomato paste
  • left
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry onions until golden, then add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and fry until done (about 20 minutes). Cut, pound and season the meat. In a piece of it put the mushroom stuffing, roll up and "close" with a toothpick. In the same way, form a few more rolls (depending on how many and what pieces you cut the meat) and fry them lightly.

Mix the mayonnaise and tomato paste. Arrange the rolls in a pan, pour the sauce over them and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
