How To Cook Meat Salad With Eggs, Dried Fruits, Walnuts And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Meat salad with eggs, dried fruits, walnuts and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of beef or other meat of your choice
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 100-150 grams of prunes
  • 50 grams of dried apricots
  • 70 grams of peeled walnuts
  • natural yogurt without sugar
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • black pepper and salt

Method of preparation :

Boil the meat, eggs and carrots separately.

Cut the beef into random pieces.

Grate the carrots (you can peel them in advance).

Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Cut the egg whites into cubes and the yolks are not used for the salad.

Wash prunes and apricots well, dry them and chop finely.

Grind the walnuts and mash the garlic cloves.

Mix all prepared products in a deep bowl and stir. Season with ground black pepper and salt.

The last step is to flavor the salad. Do this with the yogurt and stir again.
