Learn how to cook "Meat salad with potatoes, olives and mushrooms". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 grams of boiled pork
200 grams of fresh mushrooms
1 pepper
50 grams of french fries
10-15 pitted green olives (you can replace them with pickled cucumbers)
lettuce leaves - optional to serve
salt and ground black pepper
to taste
balsamic oil to taste vinegar - optional and to taste
Preparation :
Cut the mushrooms into pieces, fry them in vegetable oil and place in a bowl.
Cut the pork and pepper into rectangular pieces, for example, and the olives into circles.
Mix all products in a suitable bowl and add salt to taste. Add pepper and other spices of your choice. Season with oil or olive oil, optionally add balsamic vinegar.
Cover the bottom of the plate with lettuce leaves and spread the salad on them, forming a pile.
Garnish with french fries.
