Necessary products:

 

  • 20 leaves of Swiss beets
  • 50 grams of rice
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 soft tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • a few leaves of fresh mint
  • 300 grams of flavored minced meat
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and after boiling, blanch the leaves. Strain, cool and dry.

 

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry finely chopped tomatoes and onions. Season with chopped parsley, mint, salt, pepper to taste and add the rice.

Fry the mixture, chop the minced meat finely and add it to it. Cook for 4-5 minutes and cool. Cut the leaves in half, put a tablespoon of the stuffing and wrap the cabbage. Make them all this way and arrange them in a saucepan.

 

Put a plate or other weight to press the sarma during cooking so that it does not develop. Pour about 250 milliliters of water and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Cool, pour portions and serve the dish warm, garnished with lemon slices.
