How To Cook Meat Wreath With Mushrooms And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of thinly sliced ​​bacon (long strips)
  • 600 grams of minced meat mixture
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large onion
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese, mozzarella or other cheese of your choice
  • 100 grams of cooking cream
  • 150-200 grams of mushrooms
  • parsley to taste
  • oil

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion and chop finely. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry in
butter until golden. Add the cream, salt and pepper to taste, let everything
heat for a few minutes and remove the pan from the heat. Allow to
cool.

Add the mushrooms to the minced meat, then the grated cheese / yellow cheese, onion, cream, egg, salt and pepper to taste, finely chopped parsley. Mix well.

Put a detachable form without a bottom (ring only) in a suitable baking dish and arrange the pieces of bacon on the walls of the ring, some of them remaining on the outside of the dish, and the other end to cover some of the bottom. You should distribute the minced meat in a circle along the bacon and cover with the free parts, forming a roll.

Bake it in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30-40 minutes.

Water periodically with the juice that is released during cooking.
