How To Cook Meatballs From Sorrel And Rice Stuffed With Radishes And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of sorrel
  • 1 raw and 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/3 tea cup of rice
  • 8 radishes
  • 1/2 head onion
  • 7 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 8 tablespoons fresh milk
  • oil, yellow cheese, salt and pepper - to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice grains until ready.

 

Wash, dry and cut the radishes into thin circles or pieces, which you mix with the grated yellow cheese (add to taste).

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the mixture in it for 3-5 minutes, season with pepper and salt.

 

Peel the two pre-cooked eggs and put them in the blender bowl together with the sorrel, the prepared rice and the onion. Grind these products and add the flour, starch, mayonnaise, raw egg to the resulting mass, pour the milk and season.

 

Mix everything thoroughly, the combination will be the consistency of thick cream.

  

Heat vegetable oil in a suitable pan and put a little of the dough in it, scooping with a tablespoon. Spread a little of the yellow cheese filling with pieces of radish on each formed cake and cover again with dough.

 

Immediately turn to the other side and fry until done.
