Necessary products:
500 grams of minced meat mixture
2 carrots
300 grams of mushrooms
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 clove garlic
2 onions
1 liter of vegetable broth
3 tablespoons cream
olive oil
spices to taste
Method of preparation:
Finely chop onions, carrots, mushrooms and garlic, fry them in olive oil, add tomato paste and a little cream. Then transfer them to a pot and start making the meatballs. Form small balls of minced meat, fry them lightly and carefully place next to the vegetables. Pour the broth over everything (the meatballs should be slightly visible from it). Here is the time to add your favorite spices (it is good to put a bay leaf 5 minutes before the dish is ready). Close the pot with a lid and place in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
