Required products :

  • 600 grams of minced meat
  • 50 grams of old bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tablespoons frying fat
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons fat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoons light beer
  • left
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

 

Method of preparation :

Soak the bread in water, add it to the minced meat, add the eggs, spices to taste and knead. Cut the onion into cubes, stew with the flour and pour over the minced meat.

Make the sauce. Cut and stew onions. Heat the fat in a suitable pan, pour the flour, stewed onions, put the spices and pour the beer. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from the heat.

From the resulting minced meat form small meatballs, roll them in flour and fry until golden. Then pour the sauce and let the dish simmer for 20 minutes.

You can serve with a garnish of boiled rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
