How To Cook Meatballs In Cheese Sauce With Cheese And Cream - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of minced meat mixture
  • 7 grams of black pepper
  • 7 grams of ground cumin
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • 200 grams of shredded cheese
  • 150 milliliters of liquid cream without sugar
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 80 milliliters of milk
  • finely chopped onion
  • 20 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the minced meat into a bowl and season with pepper, cumin, salt to taste, garlic, chopped fresh parsley and onion. Knead and cool, then form meatballs and arrange in a greased pan.

Heat the butter in a pan, fry the flour and dilute with a mixture of milk and cream. Stir until thickened, add the cheese and cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat. Pour the resulting sauce over the meatballs and sprinkle with cheese.

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, sprinkle in portions and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Carry and enjoy the taste of the dish.
