Necessary products:

  • 3 Cambi
  • 450 grams minced beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg 1 teaspoon

 

Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 onion - chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic - pressed
  • 1 tbsp spoon tomato paste salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley for garnish

 

Preparation:

Cut the pepper into thick circles about 3 centimeters. Keep the middle widest circles whole and cut the ends into small pieces.

Combine the minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion, thyme, garlic, and tomato paste. Add finely chopped pepper, season with salt and pepper, and knead the minced meat.

Line a pan with paper and arrange the pepper slices in it. Fill each circle with minced meat. Bake for 35 minutes at 170 degrees until done.

Sprinkle the meatballs with grated Monterey Jack cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve with parsley.
