Required products :
500 grams of minced meat
1 onion
1 egg
3 cloves garlic
200 milliliters of cooking cream
150 grams of yellow cheese
1 tablespoon semolina
salt and pepper to taste
parsley for decoration
Method of preparation :
Mix the minced meat with the egg and grated onion, knead. Then add semolina, salt, pepper to taste and knead again.
Take a suitable dish in which to bake the dish, pour in a little cream. Shape the minced meatballs with wet hands and arrange them in the form.
Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Grate the cheese with a fine grater, mash the garlic. Mix them and pour the remaining cream. Mix everything well.
Pour the resulting sauce over the meatballs and return to the oven for another 20-30 minutes. If the minced meat is chicken, 15-20 minutes are enough.
Remove to a plate, garnish with parsley and serve.
