How To Cook Meatballs In Sweet And Sour Sauce With Pineapple - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of minced beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 400 grams of canned pineapple, along with juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons red chili
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ararut powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • In a deep frying pan, heat the vinegar, 2/3 of the garlic, honey, red chili, macaroon, ginger and salt over medium heat. Stir well and cook for about a minute after boiling or until the sauce thickens.
  • When the sauce is ready, pour in the pineapple pieces, along with the juice, stir and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with the almond flour, eggs, the remaining 1/3 of the garlic and black pepper.
  • Form small meatballs with a diameter of about 3 centimeters and transfer them to the sweet and sour sauce.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes or until meat is ready, which you like.
  • Garnish the meatballs as desired and serve.
