Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 sec. l. ketchup
  • spices of your choice
  • 80 grams of crushed rusks
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method of preparation:

Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion and garlic, add the ketchup, season the egg (slightly beaten), the breadcrumbs. Stir by hand. Divide into 8 portions and form meatballs. Fry the meatballs in hot oil for 1 minute on each side. Reduce heat to medium and fry for a few more minutes on both sides. Place them on a paper towel and keep them warm.

Make the sauce: mix the broth, flour and tomato paste. Beat with a blender. Pour the mixture into the pan in which you fried the meatballs and leave over medium heat until it boils and thickens. Then strain, add parsley, pour over the meatballs and serve.
