Necessary products

For the meatballs:

800 grams of minced meat

1 tsp breadcrumbs

100 ml of fresh milk

2 eggs

2 cloves garlic

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 tsp ground allspice

For the sauce:

3 tablespoons oil (about 75 g)

50 g flour

180 ml of fresh milk

600 ml broth (chicken or meat)

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Mix the minced meat with finely chopped garlic, lightly beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, milk and spices. Mix until smooth. Form small meatballs (the size of a small tangerine) and arrange them in a tray lined with foil. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees until done (about 20 - 25 minutes). While the meatballs are baking, make the sauce. To do this, melt the butter, add the flour and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring. The flour should not turn brown. Pour the milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly, then add the broth in the same way. Add salt to taste and let the sauce boil until it thickens (the consistency resembles cream).

Remove the prepared meatballs from the oven, arrange them in a suitable deep dish and pour the sauce.

Enjoy your meal!
