Necessary products:

500 g of minced meat

4 boiled eggs

200 g onion

100 g of bread

200 ml of fresh milk

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the onion and boiled eggs. Fry onions until golden in oil. Mix with the eggs and add salt to taste. Soak the bread in the milk, mix with the minced meat, drain the mixture slightly, season with salt and pepper. Make "cakes" from the minced meat. In the middle of each put a little stuffing of eggs and onions, close and shape the meatballs. Arrange them in a greased pan and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. It can also be fried in a pan.
